Amazon

With Alexa becoming a de facto family member in homes across the country, Amazon was beginning to be approached by brands, agencies and publishers on how best to build apps to engage their audiences on the platform. In order to support this need, we set about creating a set of materials to advise partners on best practices for Alexa.

We developed a set of Alexa 'Curriculum’ materials to guide partners on using the assistant to engage their audiences. The material covered best practices for strategy and planning, app design and development guidance, and recommended marketing approaches. 

 

In addition to the training materials, we supported the roll-out of the partner program by creating email newsletters, business development presentations and talking points for Amazon’s internal teams to utilize when promoting Alexa to priority partners.

Results

300+ partner registrations within first week of launch.


Strong reception internally at Amazon leading to further support work requested.
